Cancellation Policy

Before booking our courses, please read the following terms and conditions. Booking a course implies your understanding and agreement with these terms, creating a legally binding contract. Cancellation Requests: Handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@thesponsorshiptoolkit.com to cancel a booking. We aim to be sympathetic. Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you via email and refund your course fee. We are not responsible for additional expenses such as accommodation or travel. Payment Security: Credit and debit card details are handled securely. Customer names and addresses are stored for accounting purposes and are never shared. Refer to our full privacy policy for more details. Complaints: If dissatisfied with our service, contact hello@thesponsorshiptoolkit.com with your complaint details. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your course place. Payment details and deadlines are provided upon booking confirmation. Refunds: Cancellations made one day prior to the course start date may be eligible for a full refund, processed within 5 days. No refunds for no-shows or early departures. Rescheduling: We may reschedule course dates due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified and offered a transfer or full refund if unable to attend the new dates. Participant Substitutions: Written notification is required for substitutions. Liability: We are not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including acts of nature, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances. Course Alterations: We reserve the right to alter course content, instructors, and schedules without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated promptly. Participant Conduct: Participants must adhere to our rules and regulations during the course. Disruptive participants may be removed without a refund.
